Do the products help nerve pain?

Neuropathies, post herpetic neuralgia (shingles) and other situations where the nerve damage is causing the pain are not likely to benefit from Pain Care Labs' products. Because the devices are activating touch sensations to override normally transmitted pain nerves, when the nerves are damaged this mechanism isn't likely to be effective.
